What We Provide

Everything we provide is made to order for your event. Logos are printed in house, so artwork gets checked before anything is committed and you are not waiting on a third party.

Branded balloons

Your logo printed onto balloons, made to present your brand across the whole space. Matched to your brand colours and the theme of your event.

Balloon arches

Full arches, half arches, round arches and free standing arches that need no wall support. Built in the colours you choose and installed on site.

The half arch, and the display companies ask for most often. It runs along a reception desk, a stair rail or a backdrop wall, and it works where ceiling height is tight.

Balloon garlands

Balloon columns

Useful where floor space is short and height is free. A pair either side of a doorway or a stand entrance marks the area out as yours.

Branded balloon stands

A giant balloon carrying your logo on a weighted stand, visible above a crowded room. This is the piece that works hardest at exhibitions and conferences.

Balloons paired with a backdrop or a sequin wall for photo zones, press walls and stage sets.

How a Corporate Order Works

Since 2018 we have worked on hundreds of company events, and that experience is our power. We know what a room can take, how a theme carries across a space, and where a display earns its place. Tell us the date and the space, and the ideas come back with the quote.

Send us the brief

Message us the date, the venue and roughly what you have in mind. A photo of the space tells us more than a paragraph ever does.

Consultation and quote

We talk it through, work out what suits the space and the occasion, then send a fixed price. Most quotes go back the same working day.

Approve and book

You approve it and we hold the date. Purchase orders accepted, and we invoice after the event rather than asking for payment up front.

Install on site

We deliver and install at the time you need, including before opening and after close.

We also work to the building rather than the other way round. Booking in with reception, using the goods lift, installing before staff arrive or after they leave. Tell us what the venue requires when you brief us and we will work to it. If you are already booking an arch, adding printed balloons costs very little on top.

Can you print our logo on balloons?

Logos are printed in house on latex and foil balloons, in sizes from standard up to 36 inches.

How much do branded balloons cost?

Price depends on quantity, balloon type and size. Send us the numbers and the artwork and a quote comes back the same working day.

Which areas of London do you cover?

We install across central London, including the City of London, Liverpool Street, Westminster, Soho, Mayfair, Marylebone, Paddington and Chelsea.

Do you install, or do we set it up ourselves?

Our team delivers, installs and removes displays on site, including before opening and after close. Collection from the shop is also available.

How much notice do you need?

We work at short notice, since we hold a wide range of colours, shades and sizes in stock. It depends on our schedule that week. Contact us and we will let you know.
